OUR APPROACH

Our protection programming is anchored on human rights principles and community-centered approaches. We prioritize the safety, dignity, and agency of affected populations, ensuring that our interventions are conflict-sensitive, gender-responsive, and inclusive of persons with disabilities and marginalized groups. We work in close coordination with local authorities, community leaders, and other humanitarian actors to deliver comprehensive protection services.

GBV Survivors Supported

Over 5,000 survivors of gender-based violence provided with safe spaces, counseling, legal aid, and referral services across IDP camps and host communities.

Children Reached

More than 8,000 vulnerable children reached with case management, psychosocial support, family tracing, and reunification services.

Community Awareness

Community awareness sessions conducted on protection risks, rights, and available services reaching over 50,000 individuals across Nigeria.

TARGET BENEFICIARIES

Our protection services target the most vulnerable populations including women and girls at risk of GBV, unaccompanied and separated children, survivors of sexual violence, persons with disabilities, elderly persons, and marginalized groups in conflict-affected and displaced communities across Nigeria, Sudan, and Chad.
